We stand on the streets as sexual minorities in Korea!

An anti-discrimination law has been created but seven categories, including sexual orientation, have been left out from the original draft bill. That's why we stand here in protest of a discriminative law that excludes all social minorities based on sexual orientation including gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders. We are against the discriminative Anti-discrimination law which seven categories have been deleted.

Homosexuality is a human rights issue.

Why should Korean gays have any less a right to express themselves publicly than straights? The West did not bring homosexuality to Korea, only sexual politics.

depends on what your educating. Western Europe has followed enlightenment thinkers a lot and has become more atheistic through the century. this is not necessarily related to the region's economic success or education. Also western Europe still has a large conservative Catholic population.
