@CanadianPatriot1973 Wow, it is so hard to get Worcestershire sauce here in France, known as "sauce anglaise." This is a really different approach to this dish. Heck, I'd eat it. Fondue is mostly just eaten in the Alps in France during winter ski season. If you get it in Paris it is called "raclette" and the places which serve it are tourist traps. No one here has onion soup, snails, frog legs, that is just not done here. xo uprated

I love it & my Parisian spouse hates it. Many French find cheese sacred & never cook with it. I really enjoyed Alsace last year & fondue (not "raclette" as it is called in Paris) is quite a staple there & can be bought ready to use & dang it was good! So I just ate some myself & he avoided it, his loss. They do kugelhopf there which is awesome food. My family in Ohio used to do fondue once or twice per year as a treat, with fresh garlic, in a chafing dish. Personally, I like it.

@CanadianPatriot1973 The natural sweetness of the sweet potatoe makes adding sugar uncalled for..and it's one of those things your family will never notice..and because the tinned bravo sauce that I used was on hand..was thin..the whipped sweet potatoe thickened it right up..really well!

@jdouglasfisher ah hahaha! It's ok, everything in moderation, lol

@reeny477 I think it is the one you gave me, lol! I also bought 3 more of different sizes because I liked it so much :)
Orange cheese is just white cheese with colouring is it not?

@binsk yes it is a natural dye called annatto, a yellow-red dye made from the seeds of a tree of the same name

Have you tried making magic mix?
You make chjeese sauce JUST like me..Dry mustard gives the cheese more zing..my mom taught me that! Should use Sea salt also..better for you..and Lea&Perrins is the BEst!
As usual you are doing a wonderful job!
