@Freeviewsplease I know it's been a year, and I don't know what area you live in. But if you indeed have that much trouble go back to dish or direct, they will happily offer you 120 channels for 70$ then you can try out some satellite internet for 60$ w/ 1.0 meg speed :D

@dwphillips09 Bullshit times 10000, I would love Cox to come back it was much better than Suddenlink. Suddenlink is unreliable with maintenance being just as unreliable. They never even show up on time. These commercials are redundant because actual customers know that it's utter crap but they don't have a choice since they pretty much monopolize small communities leaving them without viable options.

YES! LOVE IT!

Yes, I've called them. They've been out to the house multiple times. They never accomplish anything. I've bought a new modem, a new router, and have a godly computer. Nothing helps. It's not on my end. they've been up the poles here and checked everything. They've replaced this, and rewired that, etc, etc, but NEVER fix the issue. That's what happens when a company runs around buying up ex-competitors oldass lines in rural areas and try to push high-speed internet through them. Horrible product.

i work for suddenlink and all i hear from our customers is how they hate at&t and how our internet blows theirs out of the water...but i guess that just might be our system. they also say that they love it now they suddenlink bought this system from cox.

LMAO u pay $50 for 8 Mpbs. Dude have u tried calling and see if they can lower it. I have SDL 8Mbps and pay $33 a month. If u get 1-3 most days once again have u tried calling and getting someone out to see why ur speeds are so slow. Might be signal issues at ur house or neighborhood. Comon man.

suddenlink does suck ass. suddenlink is a greedyass company that's running around buying up cox communications old coaxial lines and trying to push high speed broadband through them. fastest suddenlink is 8 megs down, 1/2 a meg up, for $50 bucks a month. many MANY other places are getting 24 megs down, 6-8 megs up for 30. on top of the ridiculous prices, their customer service blows a big dick. go ahead. call them. find out yourself. you never even get a constant 8 megs. 1-3 most days. google it
