I looked at it closely, and it IS a bird... you can clearly see it flapping its wings!

Object looked like it had movement, such as a bird. ISS would also be a tad larger maybe?

why does everybody who sees a satelite cross there path want to think it is the international space station
SaturnAndItsRings 1 year ago
@SaturnAndItsRings Because the International Space Station is much larger and brighter than all of the other satellites. Normal satellites are quite small through a telescope.

is that the best shot of the moon that this telescope produce??? i was thinkng of buying that exact telescope(skywatch 10'' dobsonian) but if thats the best you can see saturn and the moon i might think twic....

@804performance I used a very cheap webcam and low power to record this, the resolution of the telescope is actually much better. Under good conditions you can easily see the Cassini Division in Saturn's rings and the Moon looks way better.

hey that image might be the iss or a satelite because theres other vids i've seen just like that where people look up at the moon and while there recording an object will fly by the moon like this video here watch?v=zRmAKWf8kwY

@hottfuzz2 It could be a satellite, but it seems to cross the Moon much faster than the ISS. It may be a satellite that orbits a bit faster. Thanks for the suggestion.
