Del Shannon performs "Crying" in tribute to Roy Orbison who died suddenly only weeks before this concert took place in Australia.

This footage is also the last professionally filmed concert of Del's before he took his own life less than a year later.

  • tear it up dude

  • very very few singers have the voice much less the balls to attempt to sing this song that Roy O owned (along with every other song he ever sang) Del pulled it off...This guy was a real talent - powerful singer excellent songwriter and as i understand a great live performer...like i said in a previous post i hope the kids will rediscover this guy the way they did the Real Godfather of Rock and Roll Roy Orbison....
