  • Thanks for showing this technique, heard it several times but have never seen it. While the rhexis seems to be much easier the phacoemulsification itself must still be very challenging without the use of iris retractors: small pupil, no view of the anterior capsule and mostly reliance on tactile feedback in chopping...
