well i wouldn't say that the C7-M with 1.6Ghz is slower then the Celeron 600 (it's definately not) but they are lacking some performance for sure...
And the chipset is also supporting wmv9 acceleration

The VIA C7-M are slowly than Celeron 600 or Intel Atom 1'6 Ghz, but it has GPU with acceleration support of DivX and MPEG-2.
