That is absolutely correct. Gojyo here is part of an anime called Gensomaden Saiyuki and Saiyuki Reload, all characters are indeed from "Journey to the West"

EEEE!! I've been looking for this for years! Thank you so much for uploading this, the first time I heard this song was to this video and me and my sister will still do the arm dance (bobbing up and down) in the car when the song comes on.

Sadly there is no download link I had this video animation back when it was all over the net. I saw that no one has put it on here so I though I would since it was so popular back then. Not to mention its not mine to claim but I have asked noretus for permission if I could leave it up here o.o Thankfully it was a yes.
