I just got the Hammerdrill version of this in the mail and was curious about the one you have. I have 18 speeds on mine with options to turn to Hammer, drill, screw with torque settings of 1 and 2. Does yours have higher speeds than 18?
Thanks

@Jafromobile I'm picking the new model up off of Amazon, comes with a free battery as well!

Looks like there's a new 2411-22 hammer drill model based on that exact unit. Produces 25 more 'lbs and has hammer drill capabilities and weighs 2.8 lbs instead of 2.5. I might need something like this around the house. Great review!
It has 21 clutch settings. The selector on the top that slides from 1 to 2 controls both the speed and the torque (higher speed = lower torque and vice versa.) The dial you can spin that sits between the chuck and drill is the clutch. It has one setting that looks like a drill bit, which means no clutch. The numbers settings means the drill will only apply so much torque before it "slips." At clutch 1 you can hold the chuck in your hand an pull the trigger and feel what I'm talking about.
