The so call president elect is nothing more than a figure head for the Dalai Lama who controls power from behind the scenes! Haven't figured that out yet???     In 1963 (only 4 years after he escaped from Tibet) HH the Dalai Lama presented a draft democratic constitution for Tibet.

    In 2001 the first direct democratic elections were held by the Tibetan people for the post of Kalon Tripa (Senior Minister) in the history of Tibet.

    .

    HHDL has stepped down from being Tibet's leader and brought Democracy to Tibetans. Its a pity the CCP didn't do the same.
