  • I love this man, I'm so happy to see him on youtube!!!

  • What a prayer! said a friend of mine when she saw this series of movements. The Five Elements, so simple , yet so deep and all-encompassing, will surely

go on living long after it´s creator Tai ji master Chungliang Al Huang is gone. it is eternal. Great to finally have it on YouTube

  • 5 Elements form is one of my favorites.

  • As Al Huang says: this is not 'serious' taichi, but it does embody (literally) the ESSENCE of taichi movement and it's practice, in my humble opinion, provides a marvellous short-cut to inject the flowing spirit (and breath) of taichi into more 'serious' forms that students sometimes otherwise learn and perform as a series of (static) 'postures'. Recommended.

  • Chungliang embodies Taiji. Taiji is available to all of us when we begin to get in touch with our intrinsic rhythem, when we are courageous enough to move without judgement , with curiousity, just being ourselves, not copying anyone else.

  • NONSENSE!

  • That looks just a simple qigong, which have really a little to do with taiji. Well, a good one, anyway :)

  • Thank you so much, this video has helped me a lot, I will refer to this video often ,thank you again.
