1.Your body is moving when you're exercising this.You must stay straight.
2.I see that this weight is too much for you.You are doing with all you;re muscles,but you need to train only triceps.
3.You must stay like a soldier,straight,and just working with the bottom of the hand(from elbow to hand,triceps must stay motionless)

You needa control better. Keep your elbows in one place right at your side. lower the weight if you have to.

really? are you sure about that? form is not the best way to build muscles, heavy weights are, nothing else, if you want big muscles fast you gotta go heavy and hard. just watch my video how i look now today after 6 months of really heavy training with bad form and man i look good, and i wont stop untill i reach my limits, you are 13 and training already is good, dont listen to any of these fat fucks that thinks they know, watch bodybuilder, they all got the worst form and the biggest muscles to

nice workout. i do agree with arnaldfan, should try not to swing upper arm and body. look forword to seeing progress. maybe can do a leg workout vid, an ab workout and another flex video showing legs. nice arms and calves.

try to keep hands close to chest, but, you have great triceps for your age.
no offense but youre doing it kind of wrong, gotta have straight back, put a leg in front like you're about o kneel, then straighten your back really well, you will not do the same weight with this form, but its the best form
