QuantumBIM? ONL and Hyperbody realize intelligent buildings and installations that behave like the birds in a swarm, responding to changing environmental conditions and adapting to changing user needs. What is exactly quantumBIM? QuantumBIM is a dynamic Building Information Model that connects thousands of building components in real time. Why do we need quantumBIM? QuantumBIM supports streaming data to inform the modeling and the operational modes of dynamic structures that behave in real time. How is quantumBIM implemented? In a quantumBIM all building components contain intelligent agents, they are tagged and programmed to be actors that process and exchange information with each other in real time. In the realized built structures the building components contain small sensors and processors as to behave as an actor in the swarm of building components.
