I mean after about 20 minutes we basically knew exactly what happened, but the rest of the movie they still treat it like a John Grisham story or something, where two folksy guys try to uncover a conspiracy.

@TheFearChamber what's your problem, Rogert Ebert? it's a movie about mutated flesh-eating humans in New York's sewers.
and yeah, it is highly enjoyable if you enjoy monster movies with about 1 and a half minutes of monsters in them. sure the dialogue and storyline are well written and all, but it's not a fucking Paul Thomas Anderson movie.... sure Daniel Stern and John Heard were good in it but I still wanted to see more of the creatures.

Awful segment to a highly enjoyable movie. The woman here obviously hadn't seen it and has no right to insult a fine actor such as John Goodman.
