  • Yup, it is full of sugar and also, legumes, fiber and good oils. You can not get kids to be perfect so choices that give some value while you satisfy the sweet tooth is the way to go. You have to have fun too. Life is about choices and a little better is always a step in the right direction.

  • That's so unhealthy... "Hey kids!!! Eat some pure sugar and you'll lose weight!!!" Are you trying to support obesity? This is OBVIOUSLY unhealthy!!!
