After several views, I recognize the man as Luisito Ferraris who has lived in Milan, Italy since 2000. He is a milonguero, therefore, no one needs to question if this is good tango. Too many exhibition and performance videos have provided a tango which is impressive but yet cannot be done on the social floor.

This is the real thing as danced by the milongueros in the milongas of BsAs. I can't identify the couple, but their dancing and what is being described on the tape is tango.
