Viewers be very aware that I will bring you the best and latest when I play my KUGGEA MUSIC. JOE DEVITO (my good friend) told me that I will be learning a lot in music. He is dawn right. Three things I learnt... use good instruments and equipment; 2) Don't just drum but put yourself in the music..3) Get lucky and network a lot. Omar Hakim is a goodman. I told him I have been following his career and he said that must be from Chris Brown era. His drumming has been fruity and tasty and very funky as if you are listening to a sweet song. I asked him whether he has been to Nigeria. His eyes lit up meaning he will sure like to go. FOR THE RECORD...NO PLACE ELSE IN THE WORLD ADORE MUSICIANS MORE THAN ...N-I-G-E-R-I-A...... Omar Hakim gave me his autograph and signed my improv. KUGE DRUM. He also sign some drumheads and drumsticks for me. I USED HIS DRUMSTICKS TO MAKE THE BACKING TRACK FOR THE "BLESSEDMAN/MODERNMAN" VIDEO.
I WANT to sound off on KUGGEA MUSIC that I am opportuned to play. Some folks backhome and here may think it's backward or not modern. I TELL YOU WHAT ? IN CIVILISED AND DEVELOPED SOCIETY...ETHNIC STUFF IS HUGE!!!. You could tell that I am not a copycat. I love to do unique stuff. With lots of travel miles behind me and appreciation of all kind of cultures and peoples,viewers..you and I are going to lay down an everlasting legacy in music worldwide. We have had some cool support all over e.g. a nomination for SHOCHWAVE AWARD(whatever that means) in LONDON; A whizkid in ENGLAND who like our music a lot; A critic who got so inflamed and he wants to do his own ethnic music and 12k viewers to date on youtube.
