from the video archives of P1 Lawyer Andrew Peveto (criminal defense attorney, Peveto Law Office) - this video clip from a real Texas DUI stop has been shortened to the point where my client has already "failed" the Texas DWI "walk and turn" FST test, and might as well stop cooperating with the officer because she is going to jail.

Briefly, my client failed the test by displaying two "clues" of intoxication - but I am not going to tell you what they are here...because I think it helps make my point. You don't have to be intoxicated to be arrested for DWI, and cooperation often leads to unjustified arrests (in my opinion).
