Frosted, cold air is more dense than warm air therefore with colder, more dense air you get better combustion which means more horsepower and better all around performance.

I bought spectre try to build my own intake for 2011 ford fiesta but they dont have the tube for MAF sensor 1.6L

You could fab up your own custom intake with intake boots from different make & model cars from the wrecking yard. They're usually plastic and wont transfer heat like metal ones.
