@nintendogmaster Nope... its from 1993- Enberg misspoke.... The AFC and NFC Easts battled every 3 years (87, 90, 93, 96, 99, etc)... The other AFC East opponent that traveled to Texas Stadium in 1993? The Miami Dolphins in the infamous Leon Lett Thanksgiving game! :)

@domirules28 Yup! This one was only around for the 93 season, but had some memorable games tied to it (Both Leon Lett snafus, Don Shula's run at the wins record with a 4th string quarterback, etc) ... NBC changed themes then like socks... They had one-season-only themes in 92, 93, and 94. The longest I remember them keeping a theme (Before now, that is) was 3 seasons (86-88, 89-91, and 95-97)... :)

I wasn't a huge fan of this intro. The NFL on NBC theme used in the 70's was MUCH better than this.

@nintendogmaster this is from 93 because they mentioned at the end the 52-17 buttwhooping Dallas put on Buffalo in January of 1993.

I wish CBS and FOX would bring back some of those old-school NFL intros NBC used in the early-to-mid 1990's, because the NFL totally ruled.
