  • Control freaks are a serious, SEROUS! problem. If you are in a position to tell them to "TAKE A HIKE" or in a position where you CAN get away from them do it!!! If you are suck with them..like for example... your parents ...YOU ARE SCREWED.The trauma they can cause you is unimaginable..you will lose your them most important thing you have ..YOUR CONFIDENCE... This kind of abuse can be compared to rape.

  • My dad is a Type 2 control freak. I have to hide some of the things I do and some of the things I buy to keep my dad from getting mad at me and punishing me unjustly just for trying to enjoy myself or get things done. Everything has to be done his way, and I have to do everything he says just to avoid his wrath. I am now a rebellious nonconformist because of him, and I can't wait until I am out of the house and free. I wish he would leave me alone. I'm 42 years old for crying out loud!
