Jquery and css active navigation

In this video i show you how to make a jquery and css active navigation.
This navigation menu doesnt need a url to make the button or link active
as you will see in the video. This is a great way to still use included
files and still have a active button navigation.

It´s useles in practical use. Because when you click at a link an the new site loads, then the jQuery will reload to and "forget" the active class.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?
