Histopathology Skin--Epidermal inclusion cyst

i had cystic acne. my parents or brothers never had acne. can you tell me why i got it for. its come back some -i am 52 now. my whole life was ruined. i use to get those shots in my cysts. accutane helped for many years. i just need advice. why do some get it and some dont.
