Keys To Success:
- Force them to post in order to regain posture
- Keep your knee tight to their neck
- Spin 180 degrees, but don't turn on your side
- "Jackhammer" your hip to get your opponent's arm across your body, and under their neck
- Remember the "3 Dimensions" of the choke (pull the head, lift the hips, squeeze your knees)
When u háve the triangle locked point your feet upwards not downwards so that way u use your thigh muscles and not just your calphs :)
