Based on the 1996 movie "Michael Collins", this is my audio/video tribute to the 90th anniversary of the Easter Rising of 1916, and a celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Music: Shaire vs Modern Talking "Blackbird (Síocháin in Éirinn Edit)". Constructive criticism appreciated.

collins was trying to use the 'stepping stone' effect to free the six counties from brit rule...ie free the 26 counties then use that as a base to launch attacks against the brits in the north...while he signed the treaty he was still arming the IRA in the occupied six counties...genius

I really liked it. Well done mate. One thing was, It seemed a few of the clips were cut too short if you know what I mean. It was very very good now in all respects though. Nice work.

Thanks! :) The trickiest bit was getting the film clips in the song synced with the same parts of the movie, and considering I haven't really edited any video since school (and that was 5 years ago), I think I did quite well. Did it partly because I wanted to put pictures to the song I had created, and partly because I wanted to practice editing, and I did learn a lot! Thanks for your input - greatly appreciated!
