VSG - Weight Loss Surgery - Nearly 5 Months Post-Op Update

Here I am at nearly 5 months post-op from my Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. I'm in the car on the way to work. I've lost 119.4 lbs since my pre-op diet in November 2008. you've come a Long way? Heck no, you've come a super-duper-duper Long way! Wow! Simply incredible how fast you've shrunk! Does your wife do videos? Would love to see some updates on her. I agree with not having anything negative to say about my sleeve either. Things do slow down as your BMI gets lower. I started out with a 39 BMI and things have gone very slow scale-wise. But my clothes sizes have really changed!

wow you look great ! good for you ! your doing great ! keep it up! i have a ? ... do you do protien shakes? i was told by my docter to eat my protien not drink it . but i noticed that every one on utube does the shakes .just wanted to know . congrates!!!

I don't drink them everyday, but every now and again I'll have one to replace breakfast or as a snack. But not everyday.

Man dont take this the wrong way, I married, Im not gay, so bare with me, YOU LOOK GREAT!!!! It's hard to believe that its only been 5 mo since you journey began. I really appreciate you taking the time to post these. I very encouraged but you. I cant wait to have my surgery, probably in June/July. Keep up the great work.
