Thank you all for your comments! Reese is 17 months old, (13 months adjusted age) and she is walking and starting to talk. She is the youngest of my 4 kids. I hope those of you with preemies have had things go well. Make sure you take lots of videos and pictures, because you'll never be sorry for recording too many memories!

my baby was born at 24 weeks, and we have spent 6 weeks so far. she had to get for the PDA surgery. thank you for sharing your story its so hard. Her name is Lillian and we still have a ways to go. and i am doing this all alone. God's holding us i know. thank you guys for your stories

@pixieprincess240 I hope everything has worked out for you and your baby. It might be better to go through this alone. I was torn into 5 different directions with other kids at home, a job, and Reese in the hospital. At least you can focus just on your sick baby. Please let me know how everything went.

such a beautiful video, brought tears of joy to my eyes. I am also a preemie mom. My daughter was born at 28 weeks gestation. My daughter is 22 days old now and still in the NICU so this is amazing to see how they grow and transition. It is hard to see them hooked up to the breathing machines and to imagine they will be out of the hospital but I know its only a short period of time in their long journey of life :)

Thank you! She weighs about 15 pounds now. She is 9 months old, 5 months adjusted.

@gorays47 well it was hard not having many people there for me. but we made it through. my daughter came home on oxygen, and she got off in december. she is now 8 months, 4 months adjusted. and she's doing great. she is gaining weight and is actually a chubby baby. which i couldn't be happier for. we have had to make a couple trips back to the hospital. But it's been ok. she just got over a bad infection and is now just growing and learning. she is 15 pounds now.

That little girl is absolutely ADORABLE! Congrats to the family! You must all be so proud with how strong that little girl is to come all this way! How much does she weigh now if u dont mind me asking?
