I'm just a beginer though and can only manage 10 at a time but I'll be able to improve hopefully by next week if I do this everyday :D
haha i wont even be able to get out in the summer cos my legs will be sore cos I have a very weak left knee

when you have the leg up, bring your leg down, but diagonaly tuck the leg all the way to the back of the other leg, bring it back up and tuck in to your stomac. this will work both but cheaks in stead of just one.

So this is supposed to remove fat from the butt hips and thighs? What exactly is this exercise supposed to do? What exactly is "lifting" the butt? is it removing fat from the butt or is it making the muscles tighter? I was under the impression that a muscles tightness or looseness doesn't change..
