You forgot to mention that she is working in close association with another nutcase, Reverend David Manning. Alan Keys is also one of her cohorts. She has been laughed out of every court. She calls those judges traitors. This woman should be deported and never allowed to return to the US.

According to a recent poll the majority of the citizens of the USA believe Obama is our nation's legal president. In the same poll the majority of US citizens believe the Birthers have other motives for their actions. Spreading disinformation in order to cast doubt on the President seems far more realistic then some conspiracy involving the majority of the US government. Use some simple common sense. This video is highlighting more of a Jewish conspiracy to oppose Obama rather than dealing with the heart of the matter which is that Obama has no long form birth certificate and fake social security numbers and Selective Service Registration. The lack of legal documentation to support Obama's citizenship sttus is obviously missing to any one who is familiar with this. It is now out in the open and cannot be ignored much longer by Congress after the November 2010 elections.

Unless you have researched this properly, you probably do not realize that the Lucas Smith KBC with a footprint on it was entered as evidence in Judge Carter's district court in California, with an affidavit from Lucas Smith himself.
Smith was desperate for money and was bought off by the same people that corrupted Judge Carter's court.
Orly Taitz is a great American and just filed 'Quo Warranto' on Obama in DC.
Smith's character is questionable and he may have been planted by Obama !!

You are not looking at Lucas Smith's document.
You are looking at what is sometimes called the the E F Lavender document. I believe that is also the document Lucas claims Orly asked him to lie about.
Lucas' document has no such such '7s. 6d'. marking on it. Lucas' document has a footprint on it.
Before you claim someone's document is a forgery perhaps you should make sure you are looking at the right document.

Please back up your claims with proof. I find everything you are stating to be false. Smith's affidavit does not claim that his own research revealed the BC to be fake.

In the sidebar I've put a link to Right Wing Media outlet World Net Daily who covered Smith's fake BC issue. The article's written by Jerome Corsi, one of the first 'birthers'. This *right-wing* exposure of Lucas Smith's alleged kenyan b.c. as a fake should suffice as *proof*. Also mentioned in the same article: Lucas Smith is a professional conman & petty thief who, amongst other criminal acts of fraud, tried to sell his kidney to a person with kidney problems. It's all there, read it.

This is disinformation. Wheres the Affidavit? Oh wait, doesn't exist. Go to inspectorsmith's channel to see Smith still stands by his claims of his birth certificate being authentic to this DAY, and still plans to use the Kenyan birth certificate he uncovered, to prove Obama is NOT eligible to hold POTUS.

If you look at the right-hand pane in 'Description', under the Naked News logo, you will find the Link to the Court Transcript of Lucas Smith's full Affidavit complaining about Orly Taitz telling him to lie *Under Oath*! He also tells of other witnesses he knows of who she also told to lie on the stand. There are more than two. The Affidavit also tells of her extramarital affair with her former assistant, the disbarred lawyer, Charles Lincoln.
