@jonlee29: no, the video is taken as seen and not changed in any way. but the impression the device makes is of course a little bit different since the video shows only parts of the effects that fill in reality a large area.

It looks great, other videos I've seen don't make it seem even close to this good.
What is the largest area this could cover (and how far away would it have to be from the surface) to retain perfect quality?
Also, how large an area would it cover when placed on the floor and pointing at my ceiling (about 2.2m where I live)?

i would say lsp covers a 10 square meters wall in a distance of three meters and gives perfect quality when the wall is white and it's completely dark.
2.2 m ceiling height would cover the ceiling of a 10 square meter room i guess. don't forget the fan noise of the lsp that makes it not so nice to have it in constant operation (ie while asleep)
