I did read repot in newspaper, sunday edition... It say clearly that it is not for profoundly deaf babies, only for slightly loss of hearing... If you are 100 percentage against that, it show that you are against any kind of defects on babies to be researched to improve chance of improve babies's life...

You guys are so backwards if you condemn this decision, no one is forcing you to get the treatment. If you want to remain deaf, then don't get it but dont force your morals on other people.

@PitbullakaRJ, freedom of speech... quit complain like little boy!
-
@OccupyNAD You need to stop bringing RELIGION issue up here. I' m NOT interest about that.

@PitbullakaRJ, or a REVERSE of deaf people to make baby deaf. that is why i said far out when ruth said it will destroy deaf people in usa and they censored my comment and made a note. what a tactic?! what is more? my baby is not their business! they disagreed FDA's approve is because of religion that broke god's nature. patti and ruth, nothing of my trolls. your "trolls already overused" they must closed comment due their feeling of flame wars. hey afa, nothing of my bully but bluntly.

I supported stem cells. If U.S. approved stem cells in any where in American soil then I ll get em to heal my cochler up due to spinal menginitis better than CI or Esteem:) Yall got to learn to accept em. My 2 children re hearing:)
AFA try to confuse deaf community and try to put fear among deaf people with AFA's lecture without showing real issue by FDA and stem cell research... Read real issue by FDA. Stem cell resarch only work on slightly hearing loss not profoundly deaf babies
AFA call others as eugenics group so AFA are eugenics too, trying to prevent slightly loss hearing people to improve their hearing better...

@silentone15 please familiarize yourself with this experiment on newborns and infants - it is for profoundly Deaf babies and not for people who become Deaf or develop "slight hearing loss"
