I'm pretty sure you have it set to the mixed (saw and square) waveform, not the square alone, which is what might explain the shape. Or maybe not, i don't know
Very cool! I have had my AX-80 now for a few years and love it. I repair old synths all the time. I have a Akai AX-73 broken apart in my floor right now getting rebuilt. I restored a polymoog a few years ago. Wish I had an oscilliscope as nice as yours, haha.
@MattTheHatt52 it's the way the chip makes the square.it's like a wave shaped "square."
