i dont get the window that shows what is on the window, like googleChrome is on utube, and i put my mouse on the icon there arent any windows that show that its utube it show the adress!!! help

Thanks for the comment! The only significant differences between this version and the RTM is that Windows Starter Edition is no longer limited to only three active applications at the same time and that the desktop has a new default background. Plus since we're not MSDN or Technet subscribers there is no legal way to get the RTM version.
