Reparata and the Delrons - Angel Baby (1970)

Very good version of the classic.. Released on the 1970 album, "Rock and Roll Revolution". Most of the tracks on this album were recorded without Mary "Reparata" Aiese who had left the group by this time. This is their version of "Angel Baby" which was a hit for Rosie and the Originals ten years earlier. I think Nanette Licari is singing lead on this recording (pictured in the centre steering the motorcycle).

I had the album way back in the day...Avco Embassy, if memory serves...but always loved this version...not quite as much as the original, but it's still wonderful...many thanks for bringing this back...
