As a ret I cant beat like any frost mage, they frost nova me first, then deep freeze, trinket that, repentance them they trinket and if I hammer them they blink and thec whole time ive got the frost speed redution on me, if I duel a mage ill be lunky if I can at least take their to bubbles off, but when ccing and kiting I will barely ever reach them.
