These guys were on the right track, but they really took it too far. The guest said he hit the cop on the head with a flashlight, and that actually gives them a case against you.
If I was in that situation, I would have acted calm and collected, and if they tased me repeatedly with no reason, and there were multiple witnesses and video footage, then I would have a MASSIVE case against them.
I would get settlements out the ass and they would get fired!
