@XamiNaxamis I'm not sure, but I think the key is somewhere on the glass wall near the resupply cabinet. If you join a server with this map, you will probably see some people trying to activate the cat.

@kotlolish That could be a good ending for V5: "Poot Dispenser here!", a Dispenser is built...which is the size of the cat itself! The cat is weakened...and attempts to fall back into the ground...but QUICKLY RISES UP and explodes into chunky splinters. The Dispenser then fades away...and all is reset once more.
