@boru25 This series was comprised of Superman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures. They did have a three-part crossover episode, "The World's Finest".

God I love this theme. It is a combination of everything that is Superman and Batman related. It's both dark and grim (Batman), and heroic and hopeful (Superman).
