There are numerous different variations out there of exercises and workouts that you could do in order to finally get the body that you want. But when it relates to exercises for love handles, there is no one size fits all solution to this problem. You see, you are different than the person next to you. Everybody is different when it comes the best type of workout to do on a daily basis. And the big reason for this is not so much genetics, but what you have done in the past. Because they are such a tough body part to get rid of, you will need to employ a number of different exercises to lose love handles, but ones' that specifically GO AGAINST what you have been doing in the past.
For example, a lot of people maybe yourself included tend to go on the treadmill, elliptical or bike and jog or run for 30-45 minutes. You'll definitely be sweating and breathing heavily but it's not going to make a dent into your love handle problem. And the reason for this is because your body is used to this type of training and gets accustomed to it very fast. That is why before is stated how most of the time you need to do the exact opposite of what you have been doing in the past to see some results. Now maybe for some people this means going out for a jog around the track if they are used to running on the treadmill. This will definitely help to burn extra calories and increase EPOC since your gait is completely different and you must also propel your body forward and up as opposed to just up on the treadmill. That's why people can run a lot faster on the treadmill and keep that pace as compared to outside.
Okay, so now that we have that out of the way, let's get into the nitty gritty of different types of movements you can do help finally get rid of those annoying trouble areas around your waistline. My personal favorite thing to do in the summer time is to exercise outside. There is something about the sun beating down on my face, the cool breeze and training that really gets me going. Maybe it's just because it's different, I'm not sure but its definitely an awesome way to train if you can.
