Keep the Faith

One divining factor. One simple thing sets humanity apart from the filth and detritus of others. It keeps the weak, able. The strong, humble. The lost, wanting. That is faith. Faith that our way is righteous. That all others are but fools to the infinite truth of Humanity. That we are the product of something greater. That our bastions and civilizations shall always rise above the alien, the evil and wicked.

The Good shall always be more powerful than the wicked and cruel. For the wicked and cruel only cultivate treachery and malice, while the good and righteous stand firm and reap a harvest of honor and unlimited possibilities. Peace... It shall one day be gained, and the cosmos brought to heel. But until that time, humanity must keep the Good News of the Emperor upon his tongue. Do not weep for the dead, save your sorrow for the souls in doubt.

at one time i was a die hard fan of star wars. when i was asked why, my answer was "because of the epicness. The battles are so large and the hereos are so great you cant help but love them." I have since learned the errors of my ways. warhammer 40k is the most epic story ive heard of. epic hereos instead of whiney emos. instead of Lightside/Darkside, a galaxywide melee. words you can live by instead of "Luke, I am your father." all the time.
