  • Hello, thanks so much for your comments. To answer your questions: to make a lavender spray use a glass spray bottle (I use amber or cobalt blue) and put about 10 drops of lavender or your favorite blend of essential oils. Then fill it with distilled water swirl it around, and smell it. From here, use your intuition to add more oil if you think it is necessary. Your brilliant body will always tell you how much to use so follow your nose.

  • Yes, absolutely this is for drinking. All edible flowers can be used to make this mild infusion. I prefer lavender because of its many healing properties, but do try roses, marigolds, poppy flowers, borage flowers, or add herbal leaves such as mint leaves, or rosemary sprigs. There are many possibilities and some combine well such as lavender and mint.

  • Thanks for your comments! To answer your questions, the dried flowers yield the most robust flavor, but if you grow fresh lavender you may use the fresh blooms and leaves. It is delightful. Also try putting in a few fresh mint leaves. I think you'll love it!

As for the other questions, yes you definitely drink it and what I said in the video was "antispasmodic". That means that it helps to calm and soothe muscles and muscle spasms. Stay tuned! More to come when my new website is done.
