I have to say other than not planting your ring finger you are awesome. Lovin the bits from the Live version you did.

once i closed my eyes i heard Mark playing at his best - got goose bumps all over and a bright smile on my face - you really play the best interpretion of Marks solo, i've heard her on UT -

Come on admit it, you learnt it all from me.... Ok, maybe not. Really nice touch, some Knopfler 'inspired' people just don't get it. I think you do. If you're ever in London let me know, jam sesh for sure. Really good.

What scale do you use? Natural minor?

@andreu1616 yeh there are elements of natural minor, pentatonic and small hints of diminished runs but tbh I don't think of it like that.. i listen to the chords and try to compliment them in a knopflerish way
