@wikiwikiwias000 Not even close. the majority of guides(and myself) pack the roe in jars or bags of borax for months at a time. As long as there is no salt added, it will be totally safe.

you used way to much cure, you might birn the eggs that way

take a spoon and stroke the skeen with the skin up and the tose it with the boaxe or something and the you have snatt of big bags of roe
