Former Flyers goaltender scores his first career NHL goal against the Boston Bruins in his rookie season of 1986-87 becoming the first goaltender to ever shoot and score a goal in the NHL.

ha yea, im not even a flyers fan, i dont dislike them, they are just kind of, there, but i will agree with you, and say Hextall was, no is one of the greatest goal tenders ever

he was such a good goalie and look how he pretty much isnt wearing pads - the great goalies back then would be even better today, the behemoth pads take away from the position
