I totally feel your pain.
They love Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes, though....or at least they enjoy watching me dance to it. (I'm pretty good at it btw)

So true :)...I remember when I first started teaching and was still learning how to deal with them, half the kids would be like, "we hate singing! Let's play kakurenbo! Given that Japanese people have difficulty pronouncing r/l's and si sounds I don't even know why they make songs like this...
"Clap your hands sit down, clap your hands stand up. Clap your hands sit down. Clap clap clap your hands!,
claps as "crap" and sits as "shit"...XD Oh Japanese pronunciation.
