So I was watching the movie Stranger than Fiction, and I got to thinking...

'Hm. Character tries to figure out how to kill another character by writing in a book'.

Then I thought of Death Note.

It's stupid. It's ridiculous. It's funny. I did it XD

Yeah, that's the whole concept. I casted the characters as I saw fit, and the results are hopefully amusing. L was an absolute PAIN to work with, because he isn't as energetic as Harold. So I basically had to work with what I had. You think a guy who does nothing but eat sweets would move around more.

this is great and all, and a good initial idea, but the brilliance of the first 30 seconds were unmatched by the rest of the video as it just became a regular old anime trailer.

as far as those go, it's great, but the first 30 seconds have me wishing for so much more... :(
