@Brdlee Thanks! Going to be a long process of trial and error but I can't wait!

Really cool art.. Love what you have done with the boxes.. TFS. :)

These are great, but I can't shake the feeling they'd be even better if the boxes were painted or stained with really interesting textures.

THIS IS AWESOME!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!! I'm in an art school majoring in illustration and wanted to take advantage of all the hardware store had to offer and lately have been collecting a lot of odd objects including fabrics from a recycling center, but I wasn't sure what to do with them and knew I wanted to move away from the flat surface. Thank you for showing this technique! It made my day and likely all of next semester!!! :-)

@RubiconXing Hey there, glad you enjoy the videos...hope there are some good ideas that you can grab and use with your collection of objects! I use clear silicone to glue down most of everything, especially objects, but even paper kinds of things, and that is what I also used on the plastic/glass half-marbles that you asked about. The silicone comes in caulking tubes that you can get at a hardware store...you'll need to buy the cheap "gun" for dispensing it, etc...use it sparingly!
