Chosen Generation Rehab Documentary on GTV

Chosen Generation of Jesus Christ (CGJC) is an NGO that focuses on Rehabilitation and Discipleship. We hold strong, compassionate outreach programs in the slums of Accra. We preach the gospel and offer clothes and food to the homeless and the less privileged in our society. We also provide boarding facilities for the drug addicts and the homeless on the premises of CGJC and offer free shower and toilet facilities to the public.
Our goal is to disciple street kids and to help the addicts overcome their addiction by engaging them in a lot of activities such as bible studies, prayer sessions, fasting, all-night sessions and vocational training. In order for them to graduate, they are expected to participate in the program for a duration of six months in which they are not allowed to leave the premises nor to go out to work. Upon graduation, CGJC will assist them in securing jobs and accommodation. We also visit different churches on Sundays to worship with them.
Our future goal is to create a nursing home for the aged, to offer free meals to the less privileged, to help street girls, prostitutes, widows and orphans, to enlarge our toilet and shower facilities for the public, set up our organisation in the various regions of the nation, to educate the public on the effects of drug abuse, to hold seminars in various schools and organize concerts/reality shows on television e.g. (Big Brother Africa) in a form of entertainment.
Due to the large number of people that are being helped by our organisation, sponsorship is needed in the form of cash, food, clothes, household items or toiletries. You can also call us to pick up the items. Your help is greatly appreciated.
