In this particular video, we are in a room where a previous team visiting the location were standing when things began to move and they "ran from the building screaming".
They were standing in the dark, so we replicated that claim and it's conditions.
Also, we know that the frame isn't moving as all the picture frames on the walls at Littledean Jail are screwed to the wall at each corner.
We think it's very important to show how easy it is to scrape the barrel.

You needed the replays as i could hardly see anything.
It is an optical illusion.
Also why on earth are you doing your investigation in the dark? It was like watching Most Haunted for a moment there!
