basically, you'll want to do the things that aren't permanent. voice is the best. it's free, you'll have to get it eventually, and you can do it with no one ever knowing.

try and have one place of peace. try not to fight transition battles at work and at home. it's much too stressful. try to go as much as stealth at work as possible. that's just my idea though. some people have found great support from work and family. it just depends on where ya are.
